These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on the website www.najohair.com.

By placing an order on our store, you accept the conditions below.

2. Products

Najohair offers hair care products and associated routines.

We do our utmost to present the products clearly and accurately. However, slight differences may exist depending on screens, batches, or packaging.

Najohair reserves the right to modify or withdraw a product at any time.

3. Prices

Prices displayed on the website are indicated in euros (€), including Belgian VAT.

Any delivery charges are displayed before the order is confirmed.

The price applied is the one displayed at the time of payment.

4. Order

An order is considered validated after payment confirmation.

After your purchase, a confirmation email is automatically sent to the address provided during the order.

Najohair reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of:

  • suspected fraud
  • payment issue
  • obvious error concerning the price or stock

5. Payment

Payment is required immediately upon order.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Payments are secured via Shopify Payments and its partners.

6. Delivery

Orders are prepared and then shipped via our logistics partners.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • 🇧🇪 Belgium: 7 to 15 business days
  • 🇫🇷 France: 7 to 15 business days
  • 🇪🇺 Europe: 7 to 18 business days
  • 🌍 International: 10 to 25 business days

These deadlines are indicative and may vary depending on:

  • peak activity periods
  • carriers
  • potential customs delays

An email containing order tracking information is sent after shipment.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, you have a period of 14 days after receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

To make a request:

  • original packaging
  • proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

8. Returns and refunds

After receipt and verification of the return, the refund is made via the original payment method within 10 business days.

In case of a defective product or order error, Najohair will cover the return costs.

9. Liability

The products sold are intended for external cosmetic use only.

In case of a reaction or particular sensitivity, it is recommended to stop using the product and consult a healthcare professional.

Najohair cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use of the products.

10. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.

11. Disputes

The applicable law is Belgian law.

In case of a dispute, the Customer may use the European online dispute resolution platform:

The competent courts of Brussels shall have sole jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.

Najohair reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time.

The applicable conditions are those in force at the time of the order.
